DCAAP is a highly responsive non-government and non-profit international training, research, publication and consultancy organization that is committed to develop a moving force of principled development managers that is dynamically responsive to the ever changing needs of the developing countries. It is registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Government of the Philippines.
DCAAP offers a rare package of training courses designed to improve and measure the quality of human resources such as people's awareness, knowledge, understanding, attitude, skill and practice (AKUASP) that guide their desirable actions. The emphasis on the fundamentals of human development was based on the observation that quality is more important than quantity of human resources in the rapid development of Asia, Africa and Pacific.
DCAAP has now tested reinvented and invented social technologies that would systematically improve and measure AKUASP. We share these with our training participants.
This year, DCAAP is launching its on-line book store where its tried and tested books, guidebooks, handouts and diskettes on development management will be sold via e-mail. Our latest books are “Reinventing Social Technologies for Developing Countries” and “Textbook Writing for Beginners.”
Also, this year, DCAAP is launching training and tourism (T&T) courses for participants who want to attend our training but also go on tourism to our amazing tourist destinations.
